If you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on gently used products within 60 days of purchase from https://iliabeauty.com/en-ca (minus the original cost of shipping). We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or sets.

When will I get my refund?

Once a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days to see it reflected on your original form of payment. If you opt-in for exchange, we'll issue you a store credit to purchase a new product.
